1. General Provisions

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

All deposits to 11 hibajee must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and any such transactions will be cancelled.
• 11 hibajee does not charge any fees on deposits; however, fees may apply from your payment provider.
• For suspicious or unusual transactions, 11 hibajee may place a hold on funds until verification is complete.

4. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals on 11 hibajee are simple and fast. However, certain rules must be followed to ensure secure transactions. KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Any attempt to exploit arbitrage by placing opposing bets on the same event will result in the associated account being closed.

11 hibajee reserves the right to set, modify, or withdraw any betting limits. Special limits may apply during major events (such as the ICC World Cup or BPL Final) and will be announced in advance.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

11 hibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement (typically 5–20x) must be met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Certain bets or markets may be excluded from bonus balance wagering — please read the details of each offer.
• Promotional codes or vouchers will be automatically voided once their validity period expires.
• Using multiple accounts or devices to exploit bonus offers will result in all associated accounts being closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing of account credentials.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters, political changes, or legal restrictions.
